DISCOVER ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE IN GENEVA
The term “alternative medicine” includes therapies and disciplines of alternative medicine, sometimes called “natural medicine”.
In alternative medicine, we find traditional or ancestral care practices but also more modern and widespread treatments such as therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage or plantar reflexology.
Complementary to so-called “traditional” medicine, the practice of alternative medicine is generally not accompanied by chemical molecules or medications to treat patients.
Located in Chêne-Bourg very close to Geneva , I welcome you to the Physio Sport Expertise physiotherapy center, in a calm atmosphere conducive to relaxation and well-being.

Choosing your alternative medicine therapy in Geneva
If you are looking to try gentle therapy in Geneva, the first step is to decide which method is best for you.
Manual therapies are based on touch or massage of tissues, muscles and joints. These therapies are often used for drainage and to relieve muscle pain.
Mind-body therapies aim to influence physical functioning and promote health by using the mind, thoughts, and feelings. Therapies such as acupuncture, meditation, yoga, and herbal remedies are used to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, and chronic pain.
Before choosing a complementary therapy, it is also important to discuss with your family doctor to ensure that the chosen method does not contradict current medical treatments. With the right complementary therapy and a comprehensive treatment plan, you can improve your overall health and well-being.
